This hands-on role calls for an enthusiastic and experienced professional with a flair for communication, organization and project management.
You'll be tasked with sourcing, recommending, personalizing and packaging gifts and giveaway items that resonate with client brands.

What You'll Do
Merchandise selection : Help source a variety of items, including luxury lifestyle gifts, branded swag and event giveaways, ensuring they align with client brands and budget.
Offer creative suggestions for customizing, personalizing and packaging gifts.
- Strategic planning : Independently develop gift strategies that resonate with client and event objectives, collaborating with diverse teams to understand and meet client needs.
- Procurement and fulfillment : Manage all aspects of merchandise procurement and delivery, guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness and satisfaction.
- Inventory oversight : Keep an eye on stock levels and ensure promotional materials and merch are replenished and readily available.
- Supplier relations : Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply of merchandise, negotiating competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Event support : Work closely with event planners to provide merchandise solutions for conferences, trade shows, corporate gatherings and incentive trips.
Coordinate logistics for shipping merchandise to event sites, both domestic and international.
- Incentive payouts : Manage and strategize on gift card and payout solutions tailored to various client needs.
- Quality control : Ensure all merchandise meets quality standards. Conduct quality checks and swiftly address any issues.

Eligibility Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in merchandising, with a preference for B2B environments
