Oracle PL / SQL Developer

Location : Albany, NY 12237

Duration : 2 years Contract Position

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

Expert 84+ months

Desired Requirements

84 Months of experience in interpreting physical database models and experience with relational database concepts such as indexes, primary and foreign keys, and constraints using Oracle.

84 Months of experience developing using Oracle PL / SQL, including database packages, procedures, functions and triggers.

84 Months of experience in working with Oracle version 11g or later.

84 Months of experience in using Oracle programming tools (SQL

Plus, SQL

Loader or other Oracle database programming tools).

60 Months of experience in designing relational databases.

48 Months of experience in using at least 2 of the following techniques in Oracle PL / SQL : dynamic SQL, FORALL and BULK COLLECT, SYS_REFCURSOR, SYS_CONTEXT, and PL / SQL logging.

24 Months of experience in integrating multiple database schemas.

Responsibilities

Tasks may include but are not limited to the following :

Analysis and design of database objects and data collection systems, including the transformation of legislative requirements into system functionality;

Data modelling;

Software development tasks including Oracle PL / SQL coding, testing, and implementation;

Troubleshooting issues in the application to find solutions;

Preparation of technical and user documentation.
