Overview

The Group Leader Inside Sales manages both the National Inside Sales and Regional Inside Sales areas. This position works closely with the Fronius USA sales leadership. The Group Leader Inside Sales assumes personnel, budget, and cost responsibility for the Inside Sales area.

Responsibilities

  • Assumes overall responsibility for the Inside Sales department.
  • Delivers national support and assistance to the Inside Sales team with processing orders, handling complaints, and providing customer support.
  • Coordinates the Inside sales team in consultation with the Head of National Sales and Head of Regional Sales.
  • Takes on personnel, budget, and cost responsibility for the Inside Sales area.
  • Motivates and develops both remote & office team members.
  • Manages rental assets in conjunction with Fronius USA teams.
  • Handles further development of sales processes in close cooperation with the National Sales Director and other interfaces with Fronius International.
  • Assumes responsibility for services stock and the execution of ISS CRM service cases in all Fronius Offices location.
  • Establishes cross-location collaboration with all ISS employees and develops the team into an efficient functioning stream.
  • Standardizes visual processes in the Inside Sales department in conjunction with the National Sales Director and the Fronius USA Leadership.
  • Works in conjunction with Operations, Finance and RCN leadership to align ISS on standard process.
  • Travels for in-person team interactions with ISS members in other offices as well as visits Fronius headquarters on a monthly basis.
  • Develops onboarding and training programs for new ISS employees.
  • Acts as a visionary leader responsible for developing the ISS stream into one team & removing pre-existing silos (e.g., Partner, Solar, Region ISS).
  • Assumes responsibility for managing the execution and implementation of the After Sales Program along with focusing on continuous customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Supports the evolution of new business models in coordination with Business Excellence and National Sales Director (e.g., campaigns, proactive service offering).
  • All other duties as assigned by management.

Leadership Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Takes on professional and disciplinary responsibility for all employees in the Inside Sales area.
  • Handles management and leadership of employees in the Inside Sales area according to the Fronius leadership principles.
  • Manages the sustainable and strategic design of the Inside Sales department.
  • Works with HR on personnel recruitment in consultation with Sales Management.
  • Assumes responsibility for training and further education measures for all team members.
  • Conducts check-in meetings and coaching sessions with the employees in the Inside Sales area.
  • Takes on fundamental responsibility for occupational health and safety for subordinate employees as well as environmental protection in the respective area.
  • Implements tasks from the occupational safety management system.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales
  • Experience in the leading or supporting team member
  • Adaptable with strong communication skills
  • Excellent capability with digital tools
  • Self-reliant and customer service oriented
  • Ability to develop and maintain team-oriented work culture
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proactive attitude and strong ability to guide individual and team efforts towards meeting goals and objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Possess a valid passport, or have the ability to obtain and pay for a valid passport
  • Limited Travel
  • Health and Safety

  • Must comply with all safety and health standards established by Fronius USA, LLC and federal, state or local requirements
  • Employees will perform duties in an office environment and a field setting
  • Employees will be occasionally exposed to tripping hazards
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually low to medium
