Marketing Associate Job at Adecco in New York

Overview Adecco Creative is partnering with a luxury fashion brand in New York to recruit for an Integrated Marketing Associate role. This position will be hybrid and contract and based in Midtown Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of seasonal marketing requirements, including briefing, routing, and tracking of creative assets for the North America DTC, Licensing and Global Marketing across owned, earned and paid channels.

Coordinate with licensing and global partners on deliverables and approvals in partnership with your manager.

Partner with internal teams including PR / Influence & Social, Media, Production, Creative, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Store Ops, Regional Teams and Licensing to ensure alignment and execution.

Attend team meetings and provide follow-up documentation, action items, and status updates.

Support and maintain marketing materials and timelines, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of assets for licensing and global marketing teams and special projects.

Support monthly marketing briefs and go-to-market planning, including documentation and distribution.

Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or marketing operations.

Strong organizational, strategic, and project management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools.

Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands preferred.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
