Our B2B Product Marketing team is looking for a motivated Product Marketing Senior Specialist who excels working within a team and independently, eager to learn and grow, and cares deeply about the customer experience to focus on our Vacation Rental Property Management Software, Escapia. In this role, you will :
- Assist with developing fundamental insights of our market, partners, and competitors
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement to inform marketing strategies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform GTM strategies, messaging and positioning, and influence the product roadmap by conducting customer interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
- Work across global teams to own, execute and report on go-to-market marketing strategies to drive high-performing product launches.
- Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for our Escapia product portfolio.
- Lead product launch plans and develop effective sales training materials.
- Collaborate with product, growth marketing, public relations, sales enablement, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for go to market launch.
- Present GTM plans and performance updates to senior management.
- Help maintain internal alignment with other parts of the company including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
Experience and qualifications :
2 to 5 years of experience orchestrating and optimizing GTM strategies throughout the B2B customer lifecycleExperience in B2B software and / or APIs is preferredExcellent project management skills, with an ability to consistently prioritize and lead execution from other team members to deliver quality outcomes on timeDemonstrate use of data and metrics to develop and test hypotheses, deploy optimizations, and evaluate outcomesPossess strong interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with other teams in globally matrixed work groupsEnjoy a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and a strong bias for actionActively identify and resolve issues, owning tools and processes, with minimal supervisionBachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or communications, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
