What You'll Do

• Analyze and input lease data for accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare legal documents (releases, assignments, Exhibit As).
• Manage monthly lease calendars.
• Support Land Operations and special projects (e.g., A&D).
• Conduct lease / unit reviews and process payments.
• Track contractual obligations from acquisitions, trades, divestitures.
• Ensure accurate tracking of lease development.
• Interpret contracts and resolve technical / data issues.
• Suggest and implement process improvements.
• Process partner offerings and update records.
• Prepare reports and exhibits for business units and management.
• Act as point of contact for landowners / stakeholders.
• Maintain professional affiliations and attend networking events.

💵 Pay : $50 - $52 / hr
