Job descriptionExperience with designing and monitoring application performance tests Ability to analyze performance test data and make recommendations Experience with network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations Work with application developers to ensure new applications perform within expectations Present analysis and capacity projections to systems management and business partners Identify changes in systems architecture that may impact performance or capacity Assist with the installation, maintenance, and management of data network / telephony equipment Perform basic inventory management processes and track equipment return material authorizations (RMAs) through to resolution Inclusive and diverse workplace culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive team environment

Pay Rate : $30-$32 / hr on W2
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration and a passion for maintaining and optimizing network performance. Join us in ensuring the reliability and integrity of our enterprise network systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- 3-6 years of experience in Network admin or server systems
- Advanced knowledge and experience with server capacity planning, server performance, and server performance software use / support
- Experience in maintaining LAN, Wireless, and WAN voice and data networks
- Ability to provide Level 1 support and troubleshooting for network and telephony issues
