The Leasing Manager is responsible for the client experience, marketing the properties, and handling work orders / escalations.
We are looking for a Leasing Manager to service properties in San Diego County.
This is dynamic role and may evolve over time to align with business needs and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities :
- Owner / client experience – provides high level communication to clients (landlords) Work Order Management – inspection reports, vendor negotiations, managing contractors Reviews and approves associated invoices for approval Counter signing leases Deposit allocations / payables Property Marketing / Comps – preparing a market analysis and regularly updating clients on marketing progress LMA (Leading, Managing, Accountability) – will oversee a small team of within your responsible squad Collaborates with the Turnover Managers and Assistant Leasing Managers All other duties assigned Requirements :   Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Minimum of 2 years of Property Management / Real Estate experience (required)  California Real Estate License (required) Clean Driving Record Needed Skills :   Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Word, Sheets) and Mac OS Strong attention to detail  Excellent verbal & written communicator (most communication is done via email / phone)  Able to work remotely, on-site, and independently  Smart time management skills and supporting with strategy Proven track record of professionalism / composure under pressure Instinctive foresight – naturally sense and anticipate issues before issues occur Continued relationship building with client, vendors, and other team members Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Ability to climb ladders up to 3 feet Able to stand walk for 4-6 hours Disciplined and self-motivator Strong customer service Strong interpersonal skills Marketing knowledge Strong multi tasker Financial Acumen Legal and Compliance Knowledge Job Type :
