Responsibilities

  • Coordinate user research plans and methodologies to optimize data collection
  • Provide creative direction for interaction and visual design across multiple platforms
  • Develop prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to enhance user experience
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring performance accountability and growth
  • Define and implement processes, policies, and standards for user experience across projects

    • Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in user experience design or a related field
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and interaction design
  • Strong analytical skills to apply UX methodologies effectively
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting and defending design work

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in UX and UI design
  • Advanced skills in prototyping tools and methodologies
  • Ability to evangelize UX principles across various departments
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation for projects
