About The Role

Headway is on a mission to make mental healthcare more accessible, and we're seeking a senior marketing leader to help shape and amplify our brand and product story. As the Head of Product and Brand Marketing, you will lead go-to-market initiatives across three core audiences : Providers (SMBs), Patients (Consumers), and Payers (Enterprises). You'll be responsible for Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you'll be a key partner in crafting and executing seamless, impactful customer experiences. You'll be responsible for launching new products, evolving the Headway brand, building a high-performing team, and translating complex value propositions into compelling marketing strategies that resonate across a diverse customer base.

As one of a small number of senior leaders, you'll play a leadership role in a rapidly scaling organization, collaborating with leaders across Product, Performance Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, and Operations, and help shape the broader strategy of a rapidly scaling organization.

What You'll Do...

• Build & lead a top-performing team of Product Marketers, Brand Strategists, and Comms professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
• Define and own the overarching product marketing strategy to ensure alignment with company goals, product roadmaps, and market opportunities.
• Craft and evolve compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates Headway's unique value to each of our target audiences.
• Own product launches end-to-end, introducing new capabilities to our customers and reinforcing key value propositions
• Establish and track KPIs, continuously analyzing performance and optimizing strategies to improve brand reach, customer engagement, and business impact.
• Shape and activate the Headway brand, building trust and recognition in the market.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You

The expected base pay range for this position is $280,500 - $330,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
