A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and case management system
Assist with returns, exchanges, and locate proof of purchase for customers
Document customer interactions and maintain product knowledge to resolve inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and experience
Call center or customer service experience preferred
Must be available to work flexible hours, including holidays
Must pass a background check
