Superintendent
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the commercial, restaurant, and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and schedule on-site activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and daily logs.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within construction management.Experience in commercial projects, particularly in restaurant, retail, and tenant improvement sectors.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Benefits
