The candidate will support the senior logistics engineers and analysts on the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team. The successful candidate will process information under the supervision of the FMS team lead and management assisting in Transportation Plans, Integrated Logistics Support Plans, program Installation Support Material (ISM), as well as various FMS material delivery status reports. The candidate will be required to understand internal database systems. The candidate will focus most of their time reviewing pertinent program documentation, new combat system ISM research and known historical ISM requirements for other combat systems. The candidate will support management in Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs), while utilizing Lockheed Martin BOE compliance guidelines.

Position requires that the applicant be able to analyze, research, and resolve technical tasks with team leads and program management to support specified need dates from US Navy, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and Foreign Army and Navy customers. Candidate must be highly motivated and a team player since the majority of job responsibilities can assist in critical / high visibility tasks that demand quick, decisive actions. Candidate must assess program needs, research various sources of supply, and work accordingly to fulfill logistics requirements in short yet concise fashion with team lead and management guidance. Candidate be able to provide status, interact with both internal and external customers, and seek support as needed.
Experience with reviewing engineering data, technical working groups, and engineering interaction. Experience analyzing Master Test Plan (MTP), Technical Manuals (TM), Planned Maintenance System (PMS), Documentation Work Packages, Installation Control Drawings (ICD), Ship Installation Planning Documents (SIPD), and other documentation which would identify tools / test equipment required to support equipment installation and testing at the shipyard.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
