Project Manager – Commercial Construction

A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead construction projects across a diverse portfolio that includes ground-up developments, interior buildouts, and complex renovations. The company is known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and commitment to delivering projects of exceptional quality.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all phases of assigned commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
• Coordinate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment on goals and expectations.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact schedule or cost.
• Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability on-site and within the project team.
• Support estimating and business development efforts through budgeting, value engineering, and proposal input as required.
