Trim Manager
We are seeking a Trim Manager to oversee the sourcing, development, procurement, and inventory management of trims (e.g., buttons, zippers, labels, threads, elastics, hangtags, etc.).
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, in-depth knowledge of apparel trims and vendors, and experience in managing timelines and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Trim Development & Sourcing
- Collaborate with design, product development, and sourcing teams to understand trim requirements for seasonal collections.
- Source new and innovative trims in alignment with design vision and cost targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with trim suppliers, mills, and manufacturers globally.
- Trim Management
- Create and manage detailed trim sheets for each style.
- Work with vendors to ensure on-time development and delivery of trims for sampling and bulk production.
- Costing & Negotiation
- Negotiate pricing and lead times with trim suppliers to achieve cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Monitor cost fluctuations and suggest alternatives to maintain margins.
- Inventory & Logistics
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of trims to factories and production units.
- Track and resolve any issues with delivery, defects, or delays.
- Cross-Functional Communication
- Serve as the main point of contact between design, development, production, and vendors regarding all trim-related matters.
- Participate in calendar meetings to align on development and production timelines.
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have :

Salary Range : $78,400 - $98,000
