We're proud to feature High Rail, Hyatt's first rooftop bar concept, offering guests a unique food and beverage experience with stunning views of downtown Raleigh. As a newly opened property, we're building a team of passionate professionals who are excited to shape the future of hospitality in the Triangle.

Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic, passionate Director of Sales with a strong food and beverage background to lead our sales efforts. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives on creating genuine connections, driving revenue, and bringing their vision to life in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive hotel revenue across all segments.
• Cultivate relationships with corporate, group, and leisure clients.
• Collaborate with the F&B team to promote High Rail and other hotel offerings.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve quarterly goals and KPIs.
• Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
