Overview

Florida Dental Centers- Bradenton is looking for a Lead Dental Assistant to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. As a Lead Dental Assistant your duties would include, but are not limited to : overseeing daily operations alongside the Practice Manager and Doctors to ensure a smooth office flow. You will train, mentor and support new and existing dental assistants. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the clinical staff and will assign chairside assistants based off of the schedule and skill levels. Will also be in charge of inventory and ordering all dental supplies and materials and will stay up to date on OSHA, HIPPA and state dental board regulations. Hours are Mon-Fri 8-5.
