Junior Process Analyst

A company is looking for a Junior Process Analyst to support process improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Gathers and processes data to identify areas for process performance improvement

Revises and drafts processes and documentation in alignment with the Quality Management System

Creates workflow designs and presents process reports for stakeholder approval

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology management, or a related field

0-2 years of experience as a process analyst

Knowledge of the Microsoft Professional Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with SharePoint
