Our Licensed Practical Nurses will work in conjunction with leaders in hormone replacement therapy and weight management.

Responsibilities :

• Work with supervising physicians and mid-level providers to render patient care.
• Read and follow standing orders, protocols, and policies.
• Perform venipuncture.
• Administer IM injections.
• Take Manual vitals and perform related supervised functions.
• Assist with ekgs.
• Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory.
• Have some Front desk crossover abilities.
• assist with electronic charting

Requirements :

• Training and state of Ohio licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent (unencumbered and undisciplined)
• High School Diploma
• Pass criminal Background check

Clinical Hours of Operation :

M- 8-5

Tu 8-7

W 8-1

Th 7-5

F 8-5

Sat 8a-12pm (When working a Saturday, you will have a weekday off (Saturday rotations))
