Foster Care Marketing Liaison

What will I be doing? Collaborate directly with the foster care marketing manager to Implement marketing strategies in order to recruit foster families.

Attend community events, festivals, and other networking opportunities to promote our foster care program and recruit families.

Build and maintain relationships with religious, civic, and business networks to identify and recruit potential foster families.

Collaborate with internal teams to deploy marketing materials and messaging. Conduct presentations and informational sessions to promote our foster care program to recruit potential foster families.

Manage and maintain accurate records of outreach activities and foster family recruitment. Am I a good fit? Knowledge of marketing and communications principles, strategies, and best practices, with a focus on the mental healthcare and foster care services industry.

Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skilled in project management, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-driven mindset that emphasizes the achievement of organizational goals.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and pivot strategies based on data insights. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, social services, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Must Independently transport self in his / her own vehicle to provide services in the in- home / community-based service milieu, attend meetings;
