Signonbonus : $200

Pay : $38 / hr

Schedule : Fulltime day shift (7 : 45 am 3 : 45 pm) must be available for weekdaysandweekends

Responsibilities :

• Managesdaytoday operation of the institution recovery services program : develops & implements policies & procedures for theprogram
• Participates in personnelmanagement tasks including recruitment interviewing training& recommendations forhire
• Supervises employees assignedto the recovery services program; directs & managestreatment activities of the recovery servicesstaff
• Provides alcohol &other drug treatment services to inmates in the program (e.g.treatment planning treatment recommendation progress notesindividual & groupcounseling).
• Serves as institutionrepresentative on statewide committees for alcohol & otherdrug relatedissues.

Requirements

• LicensedIndependent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) by Ohio ChemicalDependency Counselor s Credentialing Board.; OR Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) byOhio Counselor Social Work Marriage & Family TherapyBoard;
• OR Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) byOhio Counselor Social Work Marriage & Family TherapyBoard; OR Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist(IMFT) by the Ohio Counselor Social Work Marriage & FamilyTherapy Board;

OR Licensed Registered Nurse with certificate ofauthority as a Clinical Nurse Specialist; OR Certified Nurse Practitioner with specialtycertification in Mental Health or Psychiatry as issued by OhioBoard of Nursing.
