Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst who is passionate about optimizing and enhancing Workday HCM systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of new Workday features
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions
Ensure data integrity and compliance across HR systems
Required Qualifications
4+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience
Strong knowledge of HCM modules (Recruiting, Learning, Talent, or Time & Absence)
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset
