We (Our Client) are currently seeking a Technical Support Consultant to join their team in Indianapolis, IN.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Designs, develops, presents and evaluates technical training programs.
  • Liaison and consult with various departments to resolve diverse issues which directly and indirectly affect customers.
  • Utilizes, participates, and provides input into troubleshooting schemes and guides to resolve customer problems.
