Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with assigned health plans, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth
Design and activate VoluntaryFlex across partners and identify upsell opportunities
Lead strategic conversations and quarterly business reviews to uncover partnership expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
12+ years of experience in health plan product, sales, underwriting, operations, or account management
Experience in revenue cycle management and claims processing
Proven track record of managing complex, high-value partnerships
Deep understanding of health plan operations and strategic priorities
