Old Chicago is looking to fill Line Cook positions.

Old Chicago has been serving great food and craft beer since 1976. Summary :

Prepares food to order specification and according to recipe, procedures, quality, and speed level requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Prepares food items according to our standards of quality, consistency and timelines.
• Ensures compliance with all health codes and requirements.
• Maintains stocking (re-stocking) and organization of work area daily.
• Operates equipment safely determined by position and OSHA regulations.
• Use knives correctly while chopping, cutting, dicing, etc.
• Completes prep tasks as needed in accordance with recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards.
• Contributes to positive food costs by utilizing established best practices.
• Responds to additional guest requests by preparing orders to their specifications.
• Maintains food storage, receiving, stocking and rotation.
• Works closely and communicate with both BOH and FOH team members during high pace.
• Follows all relevant brand standards
• Other duties as assigned by management.
