Job descriptionProcessing vendor invoices and reviewing monthly statements Enforcing PO policies across the organization Ensuring correct coding and approval for non-PO transactions Updating vendor master information as necessary Preparing monthly Accounts Payable accruals 5 years of Accounts Payable experience High School Diploma / GED and / or Associate's Degree Intermediate knowledge of Accounting procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Deadline-oriented Well-organized with multitasking abilities Ability to work independently 10 years of Accounts Payable experience in a Manufacturing setting Associate's and / or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration Proficiency in SAP Excellent keying and organizational skills Strong communication abilities
