- Schedule : 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift available
- Pay Range : $25 Hourly ($.75 cent shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift)

Chemical Packaging Operator Responsibilities :
Accurately transfer liquid chemical materials from pots and portables and fill containers based on instructions and recipes.Follow packing procedures including scanning, precision weighing with WAC, scale testing, and correct equipment usage.Utilize computer systems including WAC , MES , and SAP for inventory and quality control.Use SAP to inventory containers, confirm pack-out amounts, scrap loss, and delivery quantities.Maintain strict labeling protocols???printing, selecting correct label sizes, accurate placement, and proper disposal of unused labels.Close containers properly, including crimping and applying tamper-evident seals.Communicate effectively with team and during Tier 0 shift handover regarding tank status, packing progress, issues, quality, and materials.Proper use of equipment including pumps, hoses, gasket tightening, utility disconnection, grounding / bonding, and ventilation systems.Restock supplies such as pipettes and alcohol drums.Take samples and conduct in-process quality checks using analytical testing equipment.Follow pre-inspection line clearance procedures and ensure equipment cleanliness.Ensure proper material storage (racks, freezers, cold / hot boxes) and follow FIFO standards.Use and understand HACCP and complete batch sheets.Participate in RCA and continuous improvement initiatives.Adhere strictly to safety protocols, GMP, and PPE requirements.Safely operate forklift and drum-handling equipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with GMP.Complete required paperwork accurately.Chemical Packaging Operator Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent.2 years of packing experience minimum.1+ year chemical manufacturing experience.Equipment operator experience in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge of GMP and HACCP .Physical Requirements :
