We are searching for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Poland, to join our People Operations team, supporting recruiting, administrative and associate relations activities within the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interviews coordination, offers).
- Support HR administration : contracts, amendments, onboarding documentation, offboarding processes.
- Conduct and coordinate salary review cycles, ensuring consistency and fairness across teams.
- Manage feedback and performance review processes (e.g., 360 feedback, manager assessments).
- Review and prepare compliance documentation required for client and bank onboarding (e.g., verify CVs, IDs, police clearance statements).
- Maintain HR records in systems (e.g., BambooHR, internal databases) and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and policies.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate HR processes.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations (preferably in an international or fast-scaling environment).Strong knowledge of HR processes : recruitment, payroll / salary reviews, feedback cycles, and compliance.Familiarity with handling sensitive documentation (IDs, background checks, compliance requests).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Polish is an advantage.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Experience with HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) is a plus.High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
