Our client, a rapidly growing B2B marketplace, is seeking a Partnerships Leader to build and scale high-impact partnerships across the restaurant and retail tech ecosystem. This founding, in-office role (SF strongly preferred; NYC possible) reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for designing the partnership motion, closing strategic deals, and driving measurable pipeline and revenue lift.
What You'll Do
- Identify and source strategic partnerships across POS, ERP / accounting systems, DSPs / marketplaces, franchise groups, and payment platforms.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives within partner organizations.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle : prospecting, negotiation, contracting, and go-to-market execution.
- Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and partner activation.
- Manage and grow partner accounts, driving revenue influence and expanding distribution.
- Develop scalable partnership frameworks, incentives, and co-sell motions that accelerate adoption.
- Track and report on pipeline impact, partner performance, and win-rate improvement.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
4 to10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or consulting, within B2B or restaurant tech.Proven success building integration-based or co-sell partnerships that generate real revenue not just marketing collaborations.Strong negotiator with commercial instincts and experience structuring complex, multi-party deals.Highly metrics-driven, with fluency in attribution, cycle time, and payback modeling.High-agency operator who thrives in an in-office, fast-moving environment (SF preferred).Background in restaurant tech, POS systems, ERP / accounting integrations, payments, delivery marketplaces, or franchise ecosystems.
