Key Responsibilities
Registers patients and schedules appointments, procedures, and testing
Obtains and verifies insurance information and explains financial requirements to patients
Collaborates with staff to improve patient experience and escalates calls as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
Experience in a call center setting is beneficial
Must reside in Colorado for this remote eligible position
