Cherokee Town & Country Club in Atlanta, GA is seeking to hire a full-time, FLSA-exempt Assistant Facilities Manager to handle maintenance-related issues and upkeep to ensure that our country club building runs smoothly. Our Assistant Facilities Maintenance Manager earns a competitive annual salary up to $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience. Required Skills / Abilities :

• Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Extensive experience maintaining and repairing commercial kitchen equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
• Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position (not eligible for overtime). The work schedule will include some nights, weekends, and holidays based on the Club's operational needs. This position will also be on call for after hours emergencies.
