Overview Job Summary : We’re looking for a versatile Designer to join Unreal’s Brand & Creative Development team. The role focuses on high-craft design work across digital and print channels, with time also dedicated to developing our brand expression. You’ll collaborate with the Lead Art Director to produce assets for evergreen content, seasonal campaigns, events, merch, and collateral, and work with Unreal’s Commercial team. Your work will strengthen our design systems and ensure every touchpoint reflects Unreal’s bold brand.
Responsibilities Partner with the Lead Art Director to design high-quality digital and print assets across Unreal’s brand ecosystem (evergreen content, seasonal campaigns, events, activations, merch, and collateral).
Deliver high-craft, on-brand creative that strengthens and expands design systems.
Translate Unreal’s brand expression into visually compelling outputs aligned with brand guidelines and target audiences.
Collaborate with internal partners, external agencies, and freelancers to bring concepts to life across multiple channels.
Balance multiple projects and deadlines, using project management tools to stay on schedule.
Contribute fresh ideas and creative problem-solving to evolve Unreal’s bold, disruptive brand expression.
Who You Are 4–6 years of design experience, ideally including 2+ years on the brand side in CPG (agency experience a plus).
Technically excellent in digital and print design; mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using project management tools to stay organized.
Collaborative, low-ego team player who can adapt and jump in wherever needed.
Can deliver high-quality craft for both big campaigns and everyday brand needs.
Passionate about building bold, memorable brands and eager to help Unreal leave its mark on the category.
Strong creative problem-solving, curiosity, and growth mindset; motion graphics, event / activation design, or art direction experience is a plus.
Compensation The base compensation range for this position is $130K–$140K annually. This position is eligible for a 15% bonus. The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries; individual compensation is determined by experience and education. Bonus payout is prorated to start date. Employees must be employed by September 30 of the calendar year to be eligible for bonus for that calendar year.
