Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLeading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Civil Engineer to their Milwaukee team!

Responsibilities :

• Lead civil project engineer duties including ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Make staffing recommendations to ensure appropriate resource allocation
• Ensure that civil engineering design documents meet regulatory, client, and project specifications
• Elevate department best practices
• Develop strong relationships within the company
• Mentor / train junior staff

Requirements :

Salary is commensurate with experience.
