Senior Benefits Analyst
As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our global benefits and leave of absence programs. This position requires global benefits experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in benefits and LOA administration, with a proven ability to support diverse global employee populations and navigate complex compliance requirements. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Global Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and competitiveness across our benefits offerings.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.5-7 years of progressive global benefits and leave administration experience.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Extensive knowledge of U.S. health & welfare, retirement, and leave programs; global experience is a plus.Strong vendor management skills and experience with HR / benefits platforms (UKG, PeopleSoft, Workday etc.).Advanced Excel and data analysis skillsyou love turning numbers into actionable insights.Excellent communication skillsyou can explain complex benefits programs in a way that's clear, simple, and human.A proactive, adaptable mindsetyou thrive in fast-moving, scaling environments.Detail-obsessed and handle sensitive info with care and discretion.Bring energy, urgency, and a bias for action to everything you do.Know how to balance priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.Tailor your message to fit the audienceexecs, employees, vendors, you name it.Build trust through transparency, integrity, and follow-through.CEBS or other benefits certifications are great to have, but not required.Why Join The OneStream Team
