You will report directly to the Vice President of Benefits Administration and lead a team that will use our data warehouse / healthcare analytics tool and collaborate with external healthcare vendors to optimize our self-funded Group Health Benefit Plan. What You'll Do

• Lead strategic benefits initiatives
• Research and implement benefits-critical projects
• Analyze vendor proposals and pilot new solutions
• Collaborate with legal and financial teams on contracts and modeling
• Drive data warehousing and analytics strategy
• Improve decision-making through enhanced business intelligence
• Establish data governance and ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with our Publix Technology Team as well as vendors to optimize data systems
• Develop innovative benefits strategies
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects
• Provide expertise on emerging trends
• Participate in external councils and summits
