We are actively hiring a Construction Safety Manager to support new construction for Semiconductor facilities in Phoenix, AZ! As a Construction Safety Manager, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and enforcing safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations on construction projects. This position offers an opportunity to work on a historic project in Phoenix, Arizona, at the forefront of the Semiconductor industry. Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and enforce corporate safety programs to ensure compliance with federal (OSHA), state, and local regulations.
• Mentor and oversee Safety Managers, providing leadership and guidance.
• Coordinate and lead subcontractor Pre-Construction Safety Planning Meetings, ensuring field compliance.
• Review subcontractors' Site-Specific Safety Programs and Job Hazard Analyses before mobilization.
• Conduct regular site evaluations, identify deficiencies, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Monitor subcontractor Toolbox Talks for documentation accuracy and quality standards.
• Investigate job site incidents using root cause analysis techniques and develop preventive measures.
• Ensure subcontractors provide proper training to their employees based on the scope of work.
• Perform routine construction site audits and random patrols to ensure safety compliance.

Work Environment :

The position is based at our Phoenix, Arizona facility. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, either from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm or 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm. The work involves being on-site at one of the most advanced Semiconductor Fabs in the United States, offering a competitive compensation package and unmatched career opportunities.
