A company is looking for a Dispatcher to join their team in a work-from-home capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Assign same day and urgent trips to third-party transportation providers

Organize and route trips to ensure optimal fleet performance and on-time service

Document and report on provider performance issues and communicate effectively with transportation providers

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D

Must reside in an approved state

1+ year of call center experience

6+ months of customer service experience
