Job Description

Are you a Facilities Manager with experience with operational excellence and team leadership? Experian is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee our Allen campus facilities. This is a full time onsite role, reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, where you'll lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our facilities run smoothly, securely, and sustainably.

As our Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for :

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and staff, including staffing, coaching, performance management, and salary planning.
• Manage departmental financial and operational goals, including budgeting and strategic planning.
• Oversee contracts and vendor relationships for services such as security, landscaping, cafeteria, and fitness center.
• Ensuring the security system is fully functional and compliant, including hiring and managing contract security officers.
• Coordinate special events (e.g., blood drives, food / toy drives) and supporting our teams with facility needs.
• Monitor and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
• Manage facility drawings and charts using software tools.
• Utilize automated energy management systems to optimize utility usage.
• Review and approve invoices and requisitions related to facilities operations.
