Responsibilities :
Create innovative menus according to the seasonal availability of ingredients and customer expectationsPrepare and plate food according to kitchen specificationsAssist Executive Chef with kitchen operations with a goal of increasing revenue and profitSupervise and coordinate all food preparation and presentationProvide training and leadership for kitchen staffMaintain appropriate levels of inventory and negotiate with vendors to get high-quality products at the best priceFollow all food safety rules and regulationsQualifications :
High school diploma / GEDExtensive previous culinary experienceCertification from culinary school preferredServeSafe or Food Handler’s CertificationAdvanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipesAbility to remain calm and thrive under pressureExcellent management and leadership skills
