The Production Associate plays a key role in supporting the Houseware Coatings Department by performing various routine production tasks to ensure high-quality products for our customers. This individual contributes to a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment.

What you will get to do :

  • Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Load and unload products onto the paint line, washer, and oven conveyor belts.
  • Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met; promptly report any issues to the Group Leader.
  • Clean and maintain fixtures as directed by the Supervisor or Group Leader.
  • Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance and booth filter changes as needed.
  • Use electric pallet jack or stacker lift to move parts between production areas.
  • Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Properly dispose of hazardous waste according to company procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • What you'll bring to the role :

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent preferred.
  • 6+ months of experience with manufacturing equipment or machines preferred.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Effective communication skills with Supervisors, Group Leaders, and co-workers.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic math skills; proficiency with a calculator.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
