Salary starts at $73,140.00 / annually unlicensed and $85,000 / annually licensed

Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or provisionally licensed)

This full-time behavioral health clinician will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting the care teams and patients at our health centers by :

  • Providing case management and Brief Solution-Focused interventions for medically complex patients with co-morbidities
  • Addressing issues of teen substance abuse
  • Encouraging smoking cessation
  • Focusing on patient engagement, behavioral change, treatment compliance, and health risk factor reduction.
  • Assisting with crisis assessment

Our ideal candidate will have a passion to improve the health for our most vulnerable patients by practicing our core values of respect, integrity, compassion, honesty, and community.

EDUCATION : Graduate degree in social work, Clinical Mental Health, or related field. Master’s level required. LCSW or LPC preferred.

EXPERIENCE : Minimum two years’ experience in the field of Behavioral Health working with an interdisciplinary team and low-income population.
