Boutique law firm specializing in Plaintiff's employment litigation is looking for a full time attorney to help scale the firm's employment practice. Qualified candidate will have at least two years litigation experience and is passionate about employment law. In this role, you will take on immediate substantive responsibility and will be responsible for all aspects of litigation. While you will have substantial autonomy in managing your own cases, we believe in a collaborative environment and you will be working closely with the Partner to strategize and obtain best possible results for the clients.

Responsibilities

• Taking and defending witness and expert depositions
• Attending court appearances
• Arguing substantive motions in court
• Preparing pleadings, motions and other litigation documents
• Conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda
• Propounding and responding to written discovery
• Evaluating liabilities, damages, and risks
• Assisting on pre-trial and trial matters

Qualifications

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
