Floating Member Service Representative I (MSR1)

Location : Elma, WA (serving Grays Harbor County)

What You'll Do

As a Floating MSR1, you'll be the welcoming face of OURCU wherever you go, supporting multiple branches (primarily Elma, Montesano, and McCleary). You'll assist members with everyday financial transactions, provide friendly and accurate service, and help deliver OURCU's People Helping People philosophy in every interaction.

Responsibilities include :

• Deliver professional, efficient teller services (deposits, withdrawals, payments, cashier's checks)
• Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies
• Assist members with account questions, updates, and transactions
• Recommend OURCU products and services that meet members' needs
• Protect member information and maintain confidentiality
• Travel between branches for coverage, training, and team collaboration
• Contribute to a positive, supportive branch environment
