Job description

A company is looking for an Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, vendors, and property personnel

Manage office activities, including scheduling vendors and maintaining common areas

Coordinate employee engagement events and support onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executive-level teams

Strong organizational and computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite)

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Experience in collaborating with various teams and managing vendor relationships
