Also, documenting travel experience.\r\nTRAVEL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED\r\n2 recent ED Charge / Manager RN References\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics\r\nCurrent AHA ACLS , BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC\r\nTNCC IS REQUIRED TO BE IN HAND\r\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License & ALL RN licenses.\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nEMR Exp Required : EPIC
