Employment & Labor Senior Counsel - hybrid

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm , is seeking a highly skilled Associate or Counsel to join its expanding Employment & Labor practice .

Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in California employment litigation, advice, and counseling . Responsibilities include :

• Conducting legal research and drafting motions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
• Representing clients in court appearances, arbitration proceedings, and government investigations.
• Drafting and responding to discovery requests, as well as preparing meet-and-confer letters.
• Defending employers in individual and class action wage and hour matters , as well as PAGA claims .
• Preparing and reviewing employment and severance agreements, workplace policies, and Employee Handbooks .
