We have an exciting career opportunity for an Office Assistant to join our Administrative Team. This position is based out of our Hartford, Connecticut Office 5 days a week.

What you will be doing

  • Serve as the welcoming face of our front desk, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Keep the office running efficiently by managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning documents, routing workflows, and supporting daily operations
  • Organize, scan, and upload important client and tax documents using firm software
  • Provide clerical support to the administrative and client service teams, including filing, scanning, copying, and preparing documents
  • Maintain shared office spaces like conference rooms and break areas to high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor office supply levels and place orders within budget guidelines
  • Support team projects and contribute to process improvements as needed
  • Take on special tasks or projects as they arise

What you must have

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
