As the Transportation Supervisor, you'll ensure safe, reliable transportation for our participants and help keep our operations running smoothly every day.

Schedule : MondayFriday | Day Shift | Full-Time (40 Hours)

Salary : $45,000 / year

No weekends, no evenings, no on-call shifts!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the transportation department.
• Manage the department budget, including fuel tracking and vendor coordination for maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all DOT requirements, including licensing, registrations, and inspections.
• Maintain the van fleet in safe, clean, and efficient working order.
• Supervise and train a team of drivers to provide excellent service and safety.
• Develop and manage employee schedules and client pick-up / drop-off routes.
• Coordinate special outings, medical appointments, and field trips.
• Step in to transport participants when needed.
