Job Details

Skills & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Tier 1 automotive plastics manufacturing

Proficiency in EDI systems, ERP / MRP software, and Microsoft Office

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Experience managing OEM customer relationships (GM, Ford preferred)

Responsibilities :

Act as the main liaison between the manufacturing plant and automotive customers

Process and monitor EDI releases and distribute production schedules

Coordinate production and shipping to meet customer delivery requirements

Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status and shipping updates

Prepare and verify daily shipping documentation

Support continuous improvement and corrective action initiatives

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards

Uphold all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
