As the Senior Manager of Portfolio Transformation within our Global Strategic Marketing team for Biosurgery, you will play a dynamic and critical role in driving the evolution of our portfolios. You will collaborate cross-functionally to shape and implement strategies aligned with local market needs while employing global capabilities. Your ability to connect with diverse teams will ensure the effective implementation of portfolio initiatives.
This role is entirely focused on the optimization and with LCM of key parts of the portfolio and will be a limited duration role for 2 years, eventually becoming part of the Biosurgery GSM team thereafter.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership of Hit Next execution in the Biosurgery portfolio : Lead and drive the execution of Hit next execution plans to ensure the Biosurgery platform is transformed to become more competitive.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Engage with regional and country leaders to support the development and implementation of market transition strategies that align with global portfolio optimization efforts.
- Execution Strategy Development : Educate and partner with local markets to adapt global strategies to fit specific regional dynamics and deliver seamless execution of Hit Next Biosurgery initiatives
- Forecasting and Planning : Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to establish accurate demand forecasts and facilitate effective capacity planning to enable product discontinuations.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, including R&D, supply chain, and regulatory teams, to drive code creation, product registration, and project execution.
- Performance Monitoring : Regularly review and update program documentation and performance metrics, providing insights and reports to partners to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Communication and Reporting : Synthesize complex data and insights into compelling narratives, effectively communicating project's progress and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and drive initiatives to enhance execution capabilities across the portfolio by using best practices and innovative solutions.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.6-8 years of progressive business experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on marketing, strategy, or project management required.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a global organization while collaborating effectively with various teams.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the capability to translate insights into actionable plans.Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills to engage collaborators at all levels within the organization.Familiarity with Wound Closure and / or Biosurgery products is preferred.Experience with project management methodologies, along with certification in Six Sigma or Process Excellence, is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office and project management software tools.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.Flexibility to work non-traditional hours to support global markets as needed.Benefits Summary :

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $120,000 - $207,000
